A Doctor’s Explanation of Differing Dental Implant Costs
Are you missing some teeth? You might be interested in dental implants. Each person has a unique situation for their particular oral condition, which is why it’s a confusing issue. If you have some unanswered questions about this topic, you might be interested in watching the following video.
In the above mentioned video, Chief Oral Surgeon Dr. Daniel of Daniel Daniel Dentistry goes into detail about “How much do Dental Implants Cost?", and the different implants' categories.
There are two categories of implants:
- Dental implants for replacing a single tooth, and
- Dental implants for replacing multiple teeth.
In the first category, the most confusing part for people is the misconception that the implant's cost includes the dental crown screwed into the implant. This is incorrect. There is a separate fee for the crown after its placement four to six months later.
For multiple implants, the fees can vary, depending on the complexity of the case. There’s a separate fee for the denture that snaps into them, or the teeth screwed into them.
